Just saw a profile of the owner on TV; he was one of the postmasters wrongly accused of wrongdoing and imprisoned. I haven't eat here yet, but I certainly will when I am next in Ramsgate, not only for the food - which sounds wonderful from most reviews - but also because I want this man and his family to be a success after all they have been through. I used to love this place was best food best staff but the new staff are terrible, completely unqualified and even locked me out of the restaurant in the rain for 5 minutes while he went down stairs need new staff

horrible, took nearly 2 hours to arrive (we are down the road) everyones dinner was cold, my chicken strips were like rubber. nasty to eat, lied about “leaving 20 minutes ago” when we are 4 minutes away!!!

My absolute favourite kebab place to order from, i won't use anywhere else now!So so good, i've always wanted a good german doner kebab and boy do these guys provide! A big kebab with decent bread (not that naff pita covered in oil other places do) and good meat with very little oiliness. The mix of salad in it gives really nice flavour, and although i don't usually like mustard, it was a really nice touch!I've also tried their boneless box, piri piri burgers, and sides, and all really good! The spice caught me a little off guard on the peri peri burgers as most places go weak on it, but it had a real nice kick! My only constructive criticism is that it seemed a little dry, but easily remedied!The hot wings were also really nice, with a good amount of meat on them and a decent kick of spice! would definitely have these again!All in all, lovely guys, really good when delivering, and always gotten my orders spot on.Always recommend ordering through their website too, seems to be a bit cheaper, better tracking, and you can add order changes in there (like how i don't like red cabbage in my kebab) 5/5, give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

This place never fails to please. They're well known for their chicken which looks amazingly good every time I come in. Their lunchtime deals are to die for as it's so good for value.I usually have their pizza which is how I like it! Cheap and cheerful! Ther selection of drinks is so great you name it they prob have it!!!Staff are kind and helpful the lady behind the til was funny and chatty when I am but she doesn't talk when you clearly want some peace and quiet. I'd recommend for sure!

Mrs went down to shop just now and wanted a boneless box and wanted to get two pieces of chicken. The man at the counter refused her the chicken pieces because "they will take too long to cook" ? she was then enticed into buying hot wings with it. She got it home. It's just chicken that's obviously been sat there for god knows how long. It was cold, rock hard and tough to chew on. It just tastes of oil. Absolutely disgusting from service to home. It's always been good in there when I've ordered. There must just be a couple incompetent employees.

Use to be my best place to order even my son loved it there from few weeks their service got so bad. They are forgetting half of order, taking over hour to deliver. I got quite bad. Don't recommend ordering from them.

I went there once to try their German kebab, after going to another place and being really surprised of the complimenting flavours, however, other than the non-oily meat, it's just another regular kebabI'd rather go here than other kebab shops, but they are no match for the genuine articleIt's ok, but needs a boost in flavour to really stand out
