Casino is great, quite small. Staff are always friendly abd helpful. Could offer refreshments a little more frequently when playing on the machines. No complaints, I like a little flutter now and again.

Went to Thanet, Staff were great, poker was ok, self deal.is not my thing as some customers haven't got a clue, but food was very disappointing. Have been here over the years and it's very hit and miss, maybe depends what chef is on duty?

Horrible always lose...there is a woman who work in a desk back never press the boton when i put cash. She alawys wanted to I lose. I'm so disappointed with her. I been last night in 04/04/22 I play on roulette u put over 1000 always lose. Eveb her colegue call her few times and said more cash she never press the scream to add that .I sugets to the people not to go there anymore cos always losing. And that lady she have something with me don't know what and why, always losing when i am going. She look at me going put my name there just for losing. I'm so disappointed about. I know her name...i hope the manager will talk about. My name is Marcel.

If your a poker player and thinking of playing in these self deal tournaments word of advise, DONT !It can only be described as farcical.Local players in an all in multi way pot discussing what hand they may or may not have, cards thrown around all over the place, burn cards just tossed in with folded cards, chips being changed up mid way through a hand , the list believe me goes on and on.Thanet get some dealer dealt tournaments!

Booked 6 tickets for the New Years. We have been several times before including New Years. We drove an hour to get there and we all were dressed smart. My brother who is 22 had a smart white top on. We were told we couldn’t come in cause he didn’t have a shirt on. Little did they know we called up before we left to ask about the dress code and they never said men had to wear shirts. We had been on New Years before and he wore something similar and we got let in. Woman security was so rude when we tried to explain to her that we called up and no one told us about shirts because it was never a rule before. Staff told us they had turned away 100 people already due to dress code and it was only 8pm. People were left on New Years having to go back to their homes . I can certainly say I will NEVER go back again which is a shame as it was a family tradition of ours. I will be telling everyone I know also to never visit this Casion again just in case they introduce more rules and don’t let their loyal customers know. I hope over people will boycott them too.I also had to walk in for my refund of my tickets. When I walked in I saw women in very casual wear with strapped tops on and which I asked what the dress code was for the woman and they couldn’t give me a straight answer.It’s now coming Into 2022 and we are not in the 1950/s people should be aloud to wear what they want and dress smart how they like. I hope everyone reads this review and reconsiders their choice visiting. Absolutely disgusting
