“My (now) husband and I chose to have our intimate post-wedding meal at Marc Pierre's and we couldn't be more pleased! Marc and his impeccable, friendly and accommodating staff made us feel like we were the only people in their restaurant. We were a party of 14, so this is no small feat. Our drinks were never empty, the food was served speedily and - oh my gosh - was it the most INCREDIBLE, delicious food with top tier local ingredients. I barely had to chew my melt-in-the mouth rare Entrecote steak which was cooked to perfection. Marc himself (despite running a very busy kitchen) often came to the table to ensure we were having a wonderful time, and even signed our guestbook. We cannot recommend this fine establishment highly enough and will certainly be returning, and so will our guests!”

Place is cash only so bring cash.

“i have been going to delicious fish bar since the new owner took over I have got to know him and always have a chat about different things the food is always great but was sad to see when i went by today 12th August to see a sign saying under new ownership closed 11th to 18th August which took me by surprise as he didn't say he was finishing when i went in on the Friday 9th I will miss our chat and wish him all the best”

“Stopped off for lunch and was pleased with quick and friendly service.. Took a table outside and was quickly called to pick up our order of medium cod, scampi, mushy peas and large chips. I always feel that seaside fish and chips are the best but the chips were to die for. I’m more into french fries but these chips were the best I had tasted in a long while. I could have just eaten the chips and left the scampi. Well done guys!!”
