Bar • “Chai latte was lovely. Seem to have a large range of teas and Coffees. Lemon meringue was a little disappointing- not as sweet as I'd like- but this may be more a personal preference.Atmosphere- there's a good volume of music, quite with people but is near closing on a Sunday afternoon. Lovely and clean. Friendly staff and very helpful when asking about products.Dietary restrictions: Have alternative milks available. Unsure about dietary foods.”
Bar • “We had a Sunday roast for my four year old son's birthday here and it was amazing , the staff are so friendly and the food was spot on. We had a nice time here so thank you again and we will definitely be returning.”
Bar • “Went to Rochester today and fancied a roast for lunch while we were there, Google suggested this place ....we hadn't booked but they very kindly let us have a table. The food was lovely & plenty of it and the staff were all very friendly - would def recommend a visit but would book 1st.My only 1 negative comment would be there wasn't any vegetarian gravy - my friend doesn't eat red meat so just had the turkey which was fine but when he asked if the gravy was made with beef stock we were told yes but not offered a veggie alternative which was a bit surprising as they offer a nut roast alternative to the meats on the carvery so does that mean a vegetarian has to eat a dry dinner ? But like I said that was the only negative, everything else was great”

The ambiance is perfect for creating memorable moments. During our visit, we took advantage of their fantastic buy one get one offer on cocktails, which added to the enjoyment of the evening. As for the food, we tried the pulled pork with fries and the steaks with fries, both of which were not only generous in quantity but also incredibly delicious. City Wall Wine Bar undoubtedly knows how to deliver both in terms of quality and taste. It's a must-visit for those looking for a great time with friends or celebrating a special event."”
Bar • “Absolutely superb. We were given a very warm welcome and were shown to a table outside in the garden area which was delightful. We were looked after very courteously indeed and look forward to our next visit when visiting Rochester. We are so pleased we chose The George Vaults having walked the length of the High Street.”

“Perfect base lovely surroundings. Beautiful room spacious clean the bathroom really big with double sinks & beautiful bath the bed was huge & comfortable I absolutely loved the room & at an amazing price. Staff friendly the only down point to this hotel is the dated decor carpets need a change but apart from that a 4* clean comfortable stay would definitely stay again”
“I love this pub, it does everything I need from a local. Good beer, good choice of beer, food is excellent but most importantly it harbours a good atmosphere, it feels welcoming. Holly and previously her dad Peter clearly put a lot of effort in the right places. The pub is always clean and tidy, you aren't left waiting for a drink, bar staff are on the ball, beautiful garden that is a real suntrap in the warmer months. Crucially too they support local bands, every Friday there is a band on, free of charge.Parking: About enough space for 10 cars parked sensibly”
