Went in here for dinner for 2 after watching a movie in the cinema opposite. I'll start with the positives. Lovely atmosphere, the decor was really nice and most importantly the staff were lovely. Unfortunately, it was let down by overpriced, mediocre food. My mini tacos starter (£9.40) was a big letdown, the shells were plastic-y and the contents were bland. My partner's nachos starter (£8.30) was too big for a starter, the cheese was runny and the guacamole was flavourless. My second starter of hot wings (£7.50) though was actually quite nice. My main, the Paella (£16.70), was just bland. My partner's Chicken Fajita main (£17.00) was nice, however, the chicken was a bit dry. The total bill was £73.10 including 2 beers and a coke. The beers were pricey, £5.50 for a 355ml Modelo and £5.30 for a 330ml Peroni. Based on the quality of the food and the prices, I would not come back here.

We were a large group so had booked in advance to ensure the restaurant knew we were coming. We waited 2hrs 23 mins, from the time we entered, to receive our main course. We were out in the conservatory which was freezing. The staff kept trying to get the air con working but failed so we sat huddled in coats while waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for our food and drinks. There were hardly any other patrons in the establishment whilst we were there so there was no obvious reason for the delay in receiving either food or drinks.Dietary restrictions: The staff asked us before we entered the restaurant if we had dietary restrictions. They asked again when we were seated. 10/10.

Service was very slow initially (5pm) to the point where we almost left without ordering as we had been sat for almost 20mins and hadn't even had a drinks order taken. However, this did improve as the evening went on and the waiting staff that must have started later in the evening were very friendly and efficient.Food was fab, absolutely no fault at all in that area ?

Me and my son had a lovely birthday meal at chiquitos. Our server Jason was amazing and I look forward to coming back soon

Definitely not for me! The food here was not good at all. I had beef barbacoa tacos and the shells were almost bendy from being stale. They were mostly filled with rice but a tablespoon of meat on the top. The salsa looked like it was purely tinned tomatoes and had no flavour at all. It was just really obviously all boil in the bag stuff that’s chucked in the microwave. I had an agua fresca which honestly tasted like it was just jam blended up with ice!Dessert was nice but again, obviously just from a box and probably frozen. When we were seated we were also given a booth that had half the fabric torn off it so all the sponge was hanging out. I do have to say that the staff were actually great, really helpful and polite. I think this would probably be a great place to take kids, they have hats you can take pictures with and everything is very bright and fun inside, it’s super affordable as well. But as an adult looking to eat some good Mexican food, this was not the one for me!

Loved it here, its the second time ive been and both times were great. Diddnt book and went into the restaurant straight away, no waiting. The staff were all lovley but special shoutout to Chloe; exceptional service- perfect timing, clear, polite and friendly with a beautiful smile! The drinks were brilliant, made quickly and tasted great. The food was the same, very quick to come out and very good.Restaurant and toilets were very clean and upto standards.

I dined here Saturday afternoon & have to say Great food! the paella was delicious and to the spice level requested. Amazing cocktails with excellent presentation. The staff were friendly, cheerful & polite, especially Lucas he went above & beyond, excellent customer service.

Food was good, however found a long black hair in the food. Showed the staff, we assume this just have been at production as none of the chefs had long black hair (neither either of us dining). The meal cost was removed from the bill. Would definitely go back to eat again to see if better.

We dined at the Rochester branch on Mother’s Day. We were greeted very nicely at the door and shown to our table and given menus. Drinks were served quickly and when we enquired about some menu items the server was only too happy to explain our options. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Overall we had a good experience at this branch and were impressed with the good service and management of the team. Would certainly come again.

The service was so so slow. It took 2 hours just to get our main courses… the food was just average when we finally got it and slightly over cooked, but certainly wasn’t worth the wait. The servers just didn’t care they left us our food without cutlery, drinks we ordered had never arrived & we had to ask for anything if we wanted it ourselves. As well as the servers being completely unprofessional, the one guy that was there kept running around the restaurant like chasing his friends and screaming oh my god. One person with long dark hair clipped back kept walking past everyone and not asking how there food is or clearing empt plates (one table was left Over an hour)The reason you got one star was because the food was adequate. We will not be returning.

Lovely restaurant, very relaxing vibe, lovely food and most importantly very friendly and welcoming staff, only downside hugely pricey if you haven't got any vouchers or money off. Highly recommended ?

The worst dining out experience I’ve ever had the misfortune of having. This was meant to be a birthday celebration, I can’t express how disappointed I am? One of the meals was wrong, by the time it was changed two of the five of us had already finished the small portions that were served. The meal that was incorrect was returned with the fries from original meal and were stone cold, hard and inedible. The waitress came to the table to clear and took plates whilst we were still eating, one meal wasn’t even finished and she still swiped the plate away! We weren’t even sat at the table for an hour from start to finish, and felt like they just wanted to close up for the night despite still being open for another hour! To top it off the cutlery is serviced in rusty tins, if it’s meant to add to the authenticity of the restaurant, you have dismally failed. The tins were filthy inside, we only discovered this after we had eaten. The cutlery itself was also dirty, a spare knife in the tin had fragments of dried food. All this at a cost of almost £100! Totally disgusted!??? If I could leave a zero star review I would.

Food feels samey, all tortilla based with similar options for fillings, not alot of variety and the restaurant is really cold. We sat there in our coats the whole time. Would be two stars but gave an extra for the nice staff.

Good Mexican food in Medway, with lots of vegan/vegetarian varieties too. Nice restaurant ambience, good service and friendly staff.
