A group of 6 of us went after leaving the cinema opposite. Being a week before Christmas, the atmosphere was good and the restaurant was crowded. Saddened to hear that staff had to provide their own decorations, due to 'budget cuts'! Service was slower than we're used to and some items weren't available. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. She apologised for any delays, advising that some staff were off sick. Despite the setbacks, we had a good evening, the food and drinks were great and we'd go back.Vegetarian options: There were several veggie options. The two that our table ordered were very tasty and a good portion size.Parking: Plenty of parking space on the complex. Less than 2 minute walk to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There were two teenagers with us, 13 & 16. They were looked after well. I saw at least one waitress interacting in a fun and positive way with a group of young children ranging from a toddler to a pre-teen. Very good to see!

Went here 29/12 evening and had lovely food and amazing service from one person in particular she had blonde hair in a ponytail and glasses. She was the only one who delivered such quick service and was in charged of loads of tables (not sure where other staff disappeared off to). Left a small tip but needs a raise really or making the manager since her service was incredible. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Had a nice meal on a busy Saturday evening, good job we booked. Service was ok given how busy it was, food tasted really nice but overall the presentation of the dishes was a little poor. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very rude service, which was defended by the duty manager by telling me .. "Well, no one else has complained." No apology offered. I shall not recommend this establishment as the service was appalling. AVOID and go next door to The Hungry Horse, where the food is better and far less expensive.

Food served on a cold plate. Edible but disappointing considering the price.Service very good.

Visited when on holiday. Place was very quiet and looked a bit drab. Ordered 3 course lunch menu. Chicken strips with bbq sauce was cooked and tasted very nice. Main course was Hotdog and fries. What a waste of money, bread roll was very chewy. The onion bits was burnt, sparse and tastless. The sausage was hard on the outside but when cut lots of juice squirted out. Not very nice, and at a price of £12 for a hotdog. Had better from hotdog vans charging £3.50. The desert was ice cream which I suppose you can't go wrong with. Won't be going back. To expensive for what you get.

We’d been out bowling in the complex for my daughters birthday and originally popped into the waters edge next door but the manager and staff were so disgustingly rude we left and went to Frankie and bennys instead. And thank god we did!! They were more than welcoming of our large family gathering! The staff were amazing and so friendly, the food was great too! They even played happy birthday music when they brought out my daughters dessert and they’d wrote a happy birthday message too! Parking: Lots of free parking next to the cinema.Kid-friendliness: great for kids with the colouring pages and crayon packs. They also have a really good kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Don’t have a wheelchair but I attended with a buggy and got around great!

The Mac and cheese was very bad and bland. The chicken was great though!!!Staff friendly and welcoming.Lots of noise from other tables watching movies etc on their phones without headphones.I don't think I would go back here I'm afraid.

Our waitress couldn’t leave our table quick enough, asking if everything was alright whilst walking away. Food come out cold and dry and when a full plate was left it was just taken away with no question to what was wrong. Bill thrown at us. Never had a worse experience in a restaurant before.

Very disappointed the glasses had to be sent back as one had lipstick on it and the others were disgusting the table felt very sticky indeed and our food was not hot enough. Such a shame as we have visited a few before and never had any problems.

Warm bland food, a great place for the people of Chatham chavs to go and feel posh when they spunk their dole money on over priced crap food where half of the customers look like they have just been on Jeremy Kyle

Family visit for a catch up and a bite to eat, my husband and myself are vegan, had a nice few choices for us, I didn’t fancy a meal as such, so went for the vegan garlic pizza bread with vegan cheese, and the loaded lava fries yum! Very tasty, husband went for the vegan dog, ( I don’t do fake meat) neither does he normally, but he gave the vegan dog a go, he said it was very tasty and he would definitely go for this option again, the lady that served us was lovely, all in all the quick visit was very nice experience, and will definitely return.
