(Gregs in Chatham on the highstreet) Food is nice but the staff need to cheer up, never any eye contact, smiles, not even so much as a hello or thank you. She also got my order wrong as obviously the pavement outside is more interesting than talking to people. You would get better service from a brick wall.

Totally unacceptable service!!! My foot never cross the front door of this shop again. I don't know how the management alowd this to happen. Any way a few minutes away in Pentagon shopping centre is another Greggs with lovely staff

I'd give 0 stars if possible .Took my son in Gregg's on route to shopping , a regular thing for us on a Saturday .The chaos of social distancing in here makes it very unpleasant . Numbers in the shop don't seem to matter . I was standing with my son in the store and asked to leave due to a social distancing requirement which I fully accept . I entered the store after following on from those entering and exiting , this should of been managed from the start but hey ho , I'm sure like everywhere they are underpaid and under staffed and couldn't . The rules changed upon my entry to the store , bit rubbish of the store to do this. What I don't accept is the member of staff clearly upsetting my child who suffers with high levels of anxiety due to medical issues by shouting across the store at us . My son , now traumatised does not want to visit a Gregg's ever again . Its hard enough to get through most trips with my son issue free so special thanks to the short , slightly punky looking troll who looks like she needs a wash for scaring my son and also the poor management of customers and delivery drivers through the door . Absolutely disgusting service , complaining to corporate as a result .Shocking and won't be visiting again !!!!

Great greggs. Always got a good selection of foods. Staff are very pleasant and polite. If you're in Chatham and hungry pop in and get satisfaction.

The lady in the shope on Tuesday 1/12/2020 at 6am was very rude. I ask her what time the shop open at 6:10am, guess what she said?! She said I don't Know? Was it because I was black lady looking for somewhere to buy hot drink? How can you not know what time your shop open? Anyways, MacDonald is always there for hot drink ??
