Never been so disappointed with a takeaway, ordered beef massaman it was shreds of beef in what I can only imagine was a sauce you just added water to, the rice was fine, the red curry was chucked together and again watery, the noodle I couldn't even eat them, I order from Grandma Thai in Rochester usually, and they are fantastic, but they are closed on a Tuesday so I thought I'd try.. Never again...

Food lovely but service extremely slow. We had booked but when we arrived nobody there to seat us so sat ourselves down. Was there for over an hour before we got our meal. Party of Thai people came in and served straight away.

We dropped in for a Saturday lunch. Only us in there, as it had just opened. The guy who served us was LOVELY. Really welcoming and warm. The food was the best we have had outside of Thailand. The mixed starters, especially the pork toast, was something else. We absolutely loved the Pad Thai and Panang Curry. I wish I had taken photos - the food was fresh, tasty and served with a smile. This is a gem. It was £46 and we had a coke and bottle of beer too. We spend that on a take away! Can’t recommend this place enough. Authentic taste at a great price.

I lived in Thailand for 10+ years previously and Isaan Thai is without doubt the best and most authentic tasting Thai food I’ve had in the UK and that includes London. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming which just adds to the whole experience.I would highly recommend this place and feel sure that once you’ve tried it, you won’t want to go anywhere else for Thai food.

So the food we had was not bad, however we had ordered our food, our starters came up fine. Then after a period of time some of the main courses arrived, 10 minutes later the waitress came up and said one of the main courses ordered was unavailable and would we like to order anything else. We had also asked for a portion of Thai dipping sauce with our main meal which arrived once our rice dish had been on the table for about 20 minutes.

A small, authentic, very friendly restaurant, with amazing flavours throughout the meal.We arrived after a last minute booking, late on a Sunday evening, for two. The restaurant was fairly busy with customers and only one member of staff in the restaurant. She did an amazing job keeping everything moving at a nice pace.We had a chicken starter each and was blown away by the flavours and presentation of each.Main was a delightful beef penang and a gorgeous chicken green curry with sticky rice. Both were absolutely incredible with the right amount of spice. A good balance of vegetable/meat within both dishes.The drinks menu had a good selection, from soft drinks, wines and beers.We drank lovely cold tiger beers with our meal.
