Ordered from here on Friday night, food never came, call the man and he pretended not to talk English there was no manager to talk to and the delivery driver wasn’t working either, pure rudeness from the guy on the phone telling me there is nothing they can do that my food never turned up. I think the driver ate the kebab and lied about it. Terrible customer services and terrible service. I wouldn’t know what the food was like because it never made it to my house. If I could give 0stars I would.

Kebab centre was my favourite kabab shop until now prices gone up and get less food will be finding another kabab
I ordered via Deliveroo, they accepted the order and simply never delivered my food. I called them and the guy told me to get my refund from Deliveroo, however Deliveroo said they cannot give me a refund and when I asked why they couldn’t give me a reason. I ordered an hour from closing time and they accepted the order so this is unacceptable!!!!

Ordered on Uber eats Xmas eve, never turned up, called 5 times and got sworn at called a cxnt and hung up on telling me they shut the shop and if I want it I have to collect!! Then tried calling me 7 times 2 hours later at half 3 in the morning when I was asleep telling me they were outside with my order. Absolutely awful service, spoke to a few other people who said the owner is so rude and that the food is disgusting and greasy, can’t comment personally on the food because mine never turned up!
