Food was hot and fresh and served quickly, however I found the restaurant to be a little untidy. Some tables needed cleaning and bins were overflowing. Womens toilet was also out of order. But overall not too bad.Parking: Free parking in the car park of the complex KFC is on, can be busy depending on time of day. Disabled parking availableWheelchair accessibility: Ramp to enter the store and access the counter, which leads back down to a flat seated area at front of store. Disabled toilet and lift to upper level as well.

Ordered a delivery from here and when I received the order and looked in the bag noticed my bucket for one was missing one piece of chicken and two mini fillets looked as though the box had been opened and when was delivered was just dumped outside the door without a care in the world I’ve already requested a refund through just eat as not being able to make a complete order is not acceptable by any standard and as a paying customer I was robbed of what I ordered

This is the 3rd time in a row I've been to this KFC, which is my closest one from my house which is 10 miles away, to find I have things missing from my order once again.I spent £35 on a family feast 10 piece bucket, plus a fillet box meal, all the large beans were missing and there was gravy in the fillet box meal instead of beans, and I've paid hard earned money to not get what I ordered. Please can your complacent staff check the order before giving it to the customer.
