Classic McDonald's. Sometimes the milkshake machine is out of order. During peak hours there is always a park and wait. 15+ additional waiting.

Worst McDonalds ever!! Waited over 25 mins for just 2 wraps and a drink!! No cars in the drive thru lane, yet the wait is super long! What a joke!!!

arrived 10.30 for drive through.Waited until 11.00 to finally make my order only to be advised it was now lunchtime menu.Had to explain 3 times that I had been queueing for 30 mins to make an order and finally agreed to process my order.Took another 20 mins to collect my order by which time food was cold.No opology ,shocking service and manager was not available to speak with me.For such a big company no idea of care about customer service.There was lots of things you could do to ease the situation but from a customer point of view no effort was made.Shocking will never return

This place is rubbish. Don't for love of all things good do not order a delivery from here. It WILL arrive cold. Chips cold. Burger cold (not even warmish). Mc flurry melted.They seem incapable of organising themselves enough to prepare food when delivery driver is there or at least when they know they're close, but no... they would rather leave the food on the side for an hour and then send it to you stone cold and expect a smile from you. Definitely give this one a miss

Food was 2.5 hours late, driver said was in his car over an hour! Arrived Stone cold and un edable. I handed wholeeal back to driver .Just eat refused to refund me full amount, told me £12 refund on just eat app( was not refunded) was sufficient for their cold food policy! I paid £29 for my order I did not consume . Still waiting for refund !

Rude staff member refused to take my Scottish pounds sterlings (legal currency in UK) in your restaurant in Strood. On the question why? she answered is because she chooses to. 5 minutes down the road on the restaurant near Medway tunnel they accepted it without questions asked because it is a legal currency in UK. Teach your staff what money are accepted in the country they live in please

So many orders to be delivered, my food has been just about warm on any occasions. It's McDonald's, a snack, not a meal. Ok as a treat every now and then. Staff are nice, but service is slow...

I've had multiple experiences at McDonald's where my orders have been consistently incorrect, and it's become quite frustrating. It seems that they often forget to include items I've ordered or make mistakes with my order. This has led to a lot inconvenience and upset with my family. While I understand that fast-food restaurants can get busy, it's essential for McDonald's to improve their order accuracy to provide a better customer experience.

Drive through order, drove 3 minutes home to eat. Staff at service were lovely and polite. Unfortunately the food was sub par even for fast food standards. The burger was just about edible but opted to stay safe and avoid. Really gutted about the fries as they’re almost always a safe option. Never had fries like this from McDonald’s, it’s as though they’ve been sitting for a few hours and then fried again? Hard to explain but inedible. Quality checks possibly need reviewed
