This would be a good McDonald’s however the night manager Steph seems to be under the impression that if you know people that work here, you can’t enter the store. On 4 different occasions now, I have been shouted an sworn at by her just for ordering food and minding my own business. She is definitely ruining what would otherwise be, a very decent store.

Never gets the order right, cancels orders frequently. Can't get through via the restaurant phone number. Service and quality fell off a cliff in last couple of years since the new franchisee took

Very poor welcome, actually no welcome at all, no one spoke to us or even looked at us. It was almost like it would have been better to have artificial intelligence and robots there rather than staff. The food took so long and still not one member of staff updated us. Its supposed to be a fast food restaurant and we waited about 11 minutes 34 seconds, it felt like forever, we should have got our burgers in at least 2.5 minutes Max as my husband is an ex McDonald's employee he has never experienced this lack of customer service as a paying customer. A bit of common courtesy and hot food would have been suffice.Then when we did receive the two cheese burgers that took that long to make, were cold, and looked like they came out the bin. (see pictures).All the staff there look like they don't want to be there. I told my husband that we should go in as the queue was so long at the drive thru, I felt as if I should have just waited at the drive thru as it would have taken just as long, but at least we would have been greeted 'welcome to McDonald's, can I take your order' unless they were as miserable as the staff inside the restaurant.I won't be going here again, I'm so disappointed with this particular store.

It was mostly fine, but they got the order wrong so had to go back in. Being disabled this is never 'fun'...Service was not exactly slow but not prompt either.Only 1 butter and syrup with 2 orders of pancakes. Paper utensils are a joke.Parking: Not many parking spots and disabled bays are very often full with delivery company vehicles.Wheelchair accessibility: Possible but not good.

They have a drive-thru, which was fast and efficient. Good customer service. Disable bays in the car park. Car Park has a waiting area for collection if you pre- order.

Stopped for a coffee. They don’t do a plant-based milk substitute. The service was atrocious and the car park and interior were absolutely filthy, as usual. My card allegedly got cloned here once when they allegedly took it away to refund me and the manager later allegedly said I was lying and the CCTV allegedly showed this had never happened.I’ll never darken their door again.
