I visit Strood Starbucks everyday, yesterday my experience was very shocking. I was at the till and I was making my order and I asked for ‘Oat milk and the gentleman (Aiden) said they don’t have any. So I said you “seem to be running out of Oat milk alot recently maybe they need to order more’. (Aiden) then told me to F***k off and went and got his stuff and walked out of work. I was in shock and very angry that I have been verbally abused by a staff member. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting head office!!!

Really kind and efficient staff. Very impressed and pleased! Arrived with my daughter having promised her an end of term Starbucks treat and staff were lovely. They recommended a fun drink for my daughter. Thank you for ace customer service

We visited at 08.40am. You’d have thought the place would have not long opened and would be clean. But no. Filthy seating area, chairs with dried spilt drink on them. Not a nice atmosphere at all. Drinks were ok though.

I’ve never seen so many moody staff members at a Starbucks, with one deserving a whole medal for keeping a straight&moody face throughout, at times even giving some rude looks to customers. I don’t know how people get jobs in customer service if their primary skill of providing good service is evidently absent. Shame.

As a local customer, I regret to express my disappointment regarding the coffee shop's operations. While the quality of their coffee is consistently excellent, I have encountered an ongoing issue with their facilities. It is unfortunate that whenever I desire to utilise the facilities, they are unavailable. The coffee shop closes at 5:30pm, and starting from 4pm, the entry to the facilities is consistently closed for cleaning and preparation for closing. On numerous occasions, I have inquired about accessing the facilities, only to be informed by the staff that cleaning is underway. I find it puzzling that the shop initiates its closing procedures at 4pm, despite their stated closing hours being 5:30pm, and that customers are not permitted to use the facilities.

Disappointed to walk in to Starbucks 10 mins before closing today only to be told they are closed. When I questioned why they had closed 10 mins early the sales assistant said everything was in the dishwasher because it was quiet. I'm sure that the staff are paid beyond closing time to allow for cleaning.

I come here regularly, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Including one lady who usually serves me who I believe is called mollie. Always serves with a smile, is very friendly and always goes the extra mile.

Edit : the furniture is renewed. Now everything is great\\n\\nThe staffs are super friendly. They take care of the customers very well. The coffee is good as any other starbucks branch. So you are asking What's different? The difference is in the pictures. The chairs are uber dirty. I think the manager of the brunch needs glasses to see what's happening in his branch. They need a serious cleaning. Other than cleaning, everything is great
