Usually only one person on shift most of the day (looking quite stressed) and it can get really busy.Despite this, I can't knock the customer service despite an abundance of extremely rude customers I've witnessed myself and the food is excellent.Would happily recommend but perhaps some people should leave off.

This Subway, like a few I've been to, seems very understaffed with just one person on shift most of the day. The staff often look quite stressed out as it can get quite busy in this small shop and I've personally witnessed some extremely rude customers. However the staff always try to keep customer service to a high level which I can't knock. Only been in a few times but they are surprisingly professional, know what they are doing and the food is always excellent and well prepared. Would happily recommend but keep in mind this is a very small Subway that ideally needed its own shop.

Three times I've been there, three times I've waited over 8 minutes for someone to come out and take order (which never happened), so three times I've walked straight out.You really need to check for customers waiting more often.

Food very tasty good portions size staff friendly and helpful although looked under pressure due to lack of staff one staff member doing everything on there own in very busy period. Felt sorry for the lady as she had to deal with some real rude people who have no brains when it comes to patience and clearly watching one person doing everything!.

the customer service made me feel I wasn’t welcome . The bread after being toasted was hard and fell apart . Wasn’t happy with my order . I did ask if the bread was fresh when she first started filling it as it looked horrible , but she said it was freshly cooked . Obviously it wasn’t !
