Great location shame the food couldn't be served up quicker ..even caused a aggressive man to kick off in the bar area ! Chicken Kebab or not chicken wasn't that tasty ..Gypsy Tart was nice ..Staff were very young so maybe new etc ...

Great food was at 6pm on a Wednesday so still a few people in and there had been a function on service was lovely food just right I am gluten intolerant and enough on the menu and we will return.

OMG, best stunning beer garden at night, tastefully well lit, like date-worthy, wish i had taken photos, great views over Rochester and the river, absolutely stunning! Decent pint of Blue Moon too, and friendly staff. Menu looked good too but there a private function on so kitchen closed to public. Was a bit quiet on the crowd too especiallyfor a Saturday night, maybe because of the function or the fact its just that tiny bit out the way. Will definitely be back on a warmer night and to check out the food and hopefully a bigger crowd...

First time we went was amazing, second time forgot starters, the haddock was apparently from a new supplier must of been from Iceland, my daughter had a chicken kebab and one of the pieces of chicken was under cooked, I felt disappointed as I was telling everyone how good it was .

Every member of staff was 10/10This was our first time coming and was pleasantly suprised at how lovely it wasKid-friendliness: Staff made lots of effort with our 2 year old and the var area is dog friendly which is perfect for us , the staff made sure our little dog was included and had lots of fuss. Just such a nice place

Attended a wake held here on a Friday lunchtime. A sad occasion following a funeral.However, the food here really was excellent. Free teas & coffees were included.Lovely setting on the bank of the River Medway overlooking the Russian submarine.The property has been refurbished since the Covid lockdown and is now top rate.The staff were also excellent and very accomodating.Highly recommended.

Me and my wife just had 1 of the best carverys I think I have ever had. Well worth the money and the service was amazing.And it is for these reasons I will be returning. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family meal for 24 to celebrate a 60th birthday. The service was fantastic and the food lovely. Would highly recommend, in fact we are going to book for Xmas dinner.Thank you very much for making our celebration so special.Vegetarian options: We had three vegetarians in our party and they all enjoyed their food.Dietary restrictions: One of our party eats gluten free and there was plenty of options for her.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps where they were needed. Shame there is no disabled toilet though!
