If there's a table booked for adults with no children probably best you don't seat them in the childrens area, was super loud with the children shouting. Close to the loos though that was something positive. Food portions on a couple of plates could have been alittle bigger but we get food has gone up in price. It was a nice meal just alittle loud in the children's area.

A group of 7 of us visited fir a family birthday celebration. Excellent food and value. The staff are ever so friendly and helpful which made our experience that extra enjoyable. Well done to all.

We went for a birthday meal as a group of 9. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We had a lovely experience and Claire and Zoe even came and sang Happy Birthday for us! Definitely recommend!

Came yesterday for Xmas eve. Lovely service from lovely girls and women. Only downside was didn’t seem enough staff for a Xmas eve period. One lady had to ask us to move because of a “festive booking.” She was lovely and we was fine but just feel for the staff. Didn’t seem a clear management. Lovely food and would definitely return but the staff seemed minimal for Xmas eve!

Horrendous Experience!!!! Family of 6 adults and 1 child. Crammed into a both. A lady by the name of Michelle possibly one of the rudest people at front of house I have ever met. 1 of guests was heavily pregnant and found it better to be sat on a hard chair at the end of the table. Admittedly the chair was borrowed from another table. Only to be told she can’t see there as the table was needed. Over 90 mins later table remaind empty. !!!! Stood at the bar for what seemed a life time behind other customers. When challenging a member of staff (Michelle) I was treated with we are busy. Well all I could see was staff chatting laughing and joking at one end of the bar. This Michelle has to be the rudest most confrontational staff member I have met. Food was like a school kitchen it was food that’s all. Plain boring, lukewarm average portions did not complain at this stage. As already had made a decision. We will never go back.. I’m leaving the site, a lovely lady by the name of Emma confronted us to ask if everything had been okay. It was at this stage. We pointed out the problems that we had with the so-called manager by the name of MICHELLE. . turns out she’s not a section leader. Emma wanted to take my details which I obliged as she was going to get the site manager to give me a call to apologise personally and obviously they would arrange an investigation as it is not the first person to complain about this particular staff member. Two weeks later, still no phone still no email still no concern . Be warned, the attitude of the staff of this place is appalling, and the food is very very below average.

Wasn’t expecting award winning cuisine on our visit however I was expecting hot food! The food was awful in quality and in presentation with some colouring of the food questioning if it was actually cooked! Staff were pleasant however the service was slow with plates of food coming out on staggered stages 5-10mins apart , half the table eating other half waiting. The frustrating thing was our food was pre ordered and the pub wasn’t even busy!!! The pub is sticky and dirty the toilet facilities disgusting and not checked regularly! I feel sorry for the poor member of staff has to fish out the whole toilet roll wedged down the u bend! Sorry but we won’t be coming back to eat with you!

The service was elcoming and efficient but the meals were not! Lukewarm fries and unappetising looking burgers and dreadful microwaved mashed potato and microwaved steak and ale pie with almost unpourable gravy. Generally very poor. A return visit is unlikely!
We always go here once a month me and my mum. We have never experienced anything other than perfect food and perfect service. Clare who waited our table the last two times we have visited made our visit enjoyable, she is always smiling even when rushed off her feet and is only too happy to assist you anyway she can. Absolutely lovely lady A*******

Atmosphere was good for a Friday night / Saturday midday, food arrived promptly and all staff were accommodating. Korean BBQ Chicken and Mac & Cheese were so good!
