I love the wimpy what's not to like fresh cooked food served hot at your seat none of this cooked earlier and put under hot lights ie the golden arches , yes a little more money but so much better..

Really busy late afternoon on Saturday when we visited, had lovely friendly smiling service from the lovely young man an lady there. Fresh cooked food to perfection ? 10 out of 10 wimpy!!! We all loved our visit thank you to all the staff.

It was nice warm and it was scrumptious food and it was amazing that the deserts for £1for 2 cakes was on the menu the chocolate brownie with Ice cream or cream was delicious ? they were charming to me and my step dad Evan said goodbye thanks for coming ❤️ thanks stood

Extremely clean premises and lovely polite staff.Think it is a bit pricey tho. Would return.

Food was alright i cant lie but like the waiters weren’t really like understandable and I didn’t know what they meant what made it awkward and slow ?

Great customer service at this branch of Wimpy. The gentleman that attended to us was very welcoming and was very friendly. The food was okay, we had the full English breakfast. This branch is in the Strood town centre, so there's loads of places to park around and to walk down. Overall, we we were happy with the service that we got and will most likely return.Parking: Parking at Aldi or Asda Car parks and walking down. Aldi car park is closer, though.

Nipped in with my 4 kids, normally love a wimpy, waitress was the rudest, humiliated me. I didn't eat simply because with 4 kids i couldnt afford it. She needed to tell the whole restaurant apparently. The owner was very apologetic at first.However when she had the audacity to ask if my food was satisfactory and I snapped he was very aggressive. Sad times. First time ever I havnt liked a wimpy. And will be last time I go in one. I still paid for my childrens food and drinks too...what a mug.
