Bar • “Served by friendly Katie and the landlord was very funny. It is a Classic pub (didn’t rate rooms Becuase didn’t stay just went for dinner). Went with friends as a table of 14 didn’t ask for a deposit. Very friendly with excellent service and complete transparency on how long the food would take as it is all freshly homemade. Great food and good prices to match.”

“Only went in for a coffee and it was 11,00 AM so early and not many people there , Staff polite and helpful Coffee was good and reasonably priced, would go again.”
“All I can say is WoW, we've just been and had an amazing roast dinner, all the food was cooked fresh, and came out lovely and hot, can not fault it, the portions were more than ample, the service was excellent all in a lovely traditional pub, we will definitely be back! I can understand the recommendation to book first as it was very busy, Thank you.”
