Had a massive food poisoning and stomach cramps after eating chicken doner there last Monday. It was my only meal that day, so 100 sure it was the kebab. Meat was burned to a crisp, probably old one after the weekend. Couldn't sleep the whole night and had to call sick next morning. Never again!

Ordered on just eat, paid £18.50 each for two pepperoni pizzas, it does say on menu that’s it’s buy one get one free. Did not see the option to get free pizza so thought perhaps it automatically came with it. It did not. Pizzas were very poor quality and over cooked. At best they looked like a cheap supermarket pizzas. Must say £37.00 for two pizzas is extraordinary. You would at least expect them to be of high quality. Such a shame! Also ordered 2 burger meals that were satisfactory. Will definitely not be using again.

Just got a mixed kabab and normally the food is good from hear but the past few times ive ordered from here the meal as been barely even warm, swimming in sauce instead of in a pot and pitta bread swimming in grease! Both the sauce and pitta was asked to separate, but once again it wasn't. It's meant to ve a mixed kabab it was more like 80% lamb donner, 20% chicken. There is so much grease ots leaked out the bag and on the kitchen side. I never complain but this is honestly rank.

Stopped here to get a family meal on the way to Dungeness for a day out. I clearly asked for salad on everything - tomato, cucumber, onion, etc. This was acknowledged on the order screen and receipt. When we got to Dungeness and unpacked the food, there was no salad on anything, it was just meat and bread. The guy who made the food obviously didn't bother to read the order properly. Extremely disappointing as we were all looking forward to the salad and the meal wasn't cheap. We would never have paid that kind of money just for some meat and bread.

Visited Romney for the week from London, we went to a good few takeaways but have to say this food was THE BEST food we had from Romney by a mile hands down! The chicken kebab was the best kebab I have had in my entire life, my eyes were rolling back in my head and everything lol! And I have had a LOT of kebabs over the years! The pizza was very yummy, perfect chips, perfect everything actually. The guys that work there were very friendly too. My only complaint is I'm now back in London and cannot stop thinking about that excellent kebab, no kebab shop round here even comes close. Delicious, thank you guys.

This is some of the tastiest meats and freashish salad that I have had from a take away of late. I had a good mix of Kebab, Chicken and a couple of pizzas and everything was good. Thank you New Romney Grill. I wish I had taken some photos of it.
