Decent Costa, well placed with pleasant staff. Food is usual limited Costa fare, coffee is better than most of the other chains.BUT please open upstairs when you're busy. Many times I've struggled to find a table, only to find the upstairs roped off. Why?

Met a friend for coffee but their coffee machine had broken down, we managed to get 2 cups of tea, not their fault and they did try their best to help peopleParking: Park in main car park but it's expensive

Quite a nice atmosphere for a Costa. Limited space because it's only a small shop. Went in on a Saturday morning and it was quite relaxing. Staff are ok, but sometimes the younger ones have a bit of a long face.

Absolutely awful...make the opening and closing times up as they go along..hardly any stock and not the cleanest....Web site says open till 6.30..17.40 refused service ?
