The price of the menu goes up too often. £4.20 for a large cappuccino which is priced a lot more than my usual place in Central London. I think it’s way overpriced for the service, experience and area. Sevenoaks is lovely, but it shouldn’t be more expensive than Central London for a coffee.

Tables were a mess and partner had a decaf tea that tasted like compost. Normal chain experience, only went there as it was late and thought I'd try their coffee, usual and hasnt changed, insipid ,overpriced and everywhere unfortunately.

I went for the chai latte, but it tasted of cloves which was not nice. It should have tasted like cinnamon which is nothing like cloves. The person behind the counter was obviously new as she couldn't make even a coffee without someone complaining and getting someone else to do it properly. I didn't complain because my brother bought it for me and I'm just getting over my husband of 30 years dying.Dietary restrictions: Not getting what I asked for could've meant someone getting the wrong thing. I can't have caffeine, I took a sip and left the rest, as it was obviously wrong.

Maybe I operate on 'London Time' here in Sevenoaks, but this place is sooooo slow. Very sleepy staff who literally don't talk to each other. When I was in there; no ketchup with Sausage Roll, drinks not served in take away cups when asked and even when not busy, the queues still build up. Train the staff to be better; you can be quick AND deliver a smile and customer service; at the moment this place does neither.

Friendly staff; drink done within 5 minutes and done well. Regulars greeted the manager by name and he them, so looks like they have regulars who are loyal to the brand. I love the fact that you can sit there for a while and not be hustled out. Staff look happy; girl on the till had a lovely manner; and I liked that the staff chatted to customers while they were making their drinks.

Staff did not appear confident, had to repeat my coffee order 3 times then the person who took my order had to call colleague as I was paying in cash. Will use another coffee outlet next time.

Yesterday, we had to wait nearly 10 minutes for 3 latte's when there was no one else waiting. Soem people behind us were waiting for over 15 minutes. Sadly this has become the norm and it's clear the barista's need further training.

It's a Costa! Somewhere to have a coffee, reasonably clean and tidy and reasonably busy. Toilet available and fairly clean.

Understaffed or undertrained and generally quite grubby looking with no cosiness/style whatsoever. Much need revamp needed at Costa at the moment. The coffee lacks a smoothness and depth of flavour with little mallow like texture to the flat white milk. Nice mango bubble tea drink though… at the third attempt…so gets two stars for that. Massive room for improvement

Chaotic when we went a week Saturday. Took ages to get served. Table a bit Dirty. Mixing drinks up the wrong way.Wasn't great service. Okay.

Very busy due to heavy downpour, but staff worked non stop to cater for everyone. Good selection of cakes etc.
