My partner and I visited Pizza Uno for dinner and we had the most fantastic meal! The food tasted incredible and the service was amazing, very kind staff and the food arrived quickly and piping hot. Definitely not as pricey as a lot of places can be these days, which was very surprising (but made me very happy!!) would HIGHLY recommend!!

Lovely pub stop whilst rambling today. Excellent staff helpful and friendly, very accommodating. I had the smashed cheese burger which was absolutely spot on. Others in our group had fish and chips and the cauliflower soup, all of which were delicious. I highly recommend The Bucks Head.

It’s been a very long time since we have eaten here but with new management thought we would give it a try and we are so glad we did! We had a very enjoyable meal, the beef and ox cheek pie was absolutely delicious as was the burger. Excellent wine and service was perfect! If we had one criticism it was that the bread served with the sharing garlic platter was just not right, it looked like a chopped up Madeira cake, just too much and the wrong texture for spreading the garlic on… sourdough or ciabatta would be much better. Can’t wait to return!

Had a lovely Afternoon Tea for a Mothers Day treat from my daughter with my Mum and Sister in law. The sandwiches, cakes, warm scones and choice of different teas were amazing. The waiter Yubraj was warm and friendly and was very helpful with whatever questions we had. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will definitely be back. Thank you ☺️

Dined at Shwen Shwen on Saturday - lovely to be welcomed by the warm and friendly owner, Maria, and all of the other wait staff exuded the same, sunny hospitality. The food was outstanding - too many delicious options to choose from, inventive, beautifully presented and the spice was well-balanced. Worth making the journey for… we aren’t local, but will return!

Been a regular for many years for the high quality and generous portion of fish and chips. Disappointed today when the size of the fish portion was greatly reduced and thinner in the fillet with more batter bulk than we are used to. (Batter was good by the way). Other meal portions still looked generous. Hope it was a one off and size/fish quality return to their usual high standard

My first visit here today for a belated Mother’s Day lunch. The food was outstanding, especially the fish chowder 5star! The staff were fantastic, great service and banter. I was so impressed that I made a point of speaking with the manager Paul to thank him before leaving. It won’t be my last visit for sure.

Impressive service, really enjoyable Sunday lunch with a big family group. Staff were welcoming and responsive. Roast lunch enjoyed by many. Mushroom linguine was really nice; not heavy, with lots of mushrooms. Steaks were good. Good variety of drinks. Nice seating area near the bar for pre-lunch drinks while waiting. They let us enjoy our meal and each others' company. Much appreciated. Only a short (uphill) walk from train station. Easier walking back after lunch! Suggest making a reservation, especially for large groups.

Undoubtedly the very best Indian meal I’ve ever had. Every dish was so delicious, beautifully presented and just tasted amazing. As a party of 3 we all agreed on how good this was. If you’re a Vegetarian also plenty of choice and the Tofu(yes the tofu) was unbelievable good! The restuarant is a great setting and the Staff efficient and friendly. I’m so glad I’ve found it and will be back as soon as possible.

This is a gem that we stumbled on after a hike at Knole Park!
Food was the chicken roast well cooked with incredible portions. The drinks were poured by deft hands. Barry and Mina are exceptional and they have built a beautiful communal space where art is on tap and everyone is polite. Will be visiting again if we are ever in the area!

Best cafe in Sevenoaks. Family run, super friendly staff, excellent food, great decor and atmosphere. No wonder Starbucks next door shut down! Breakfast and lunch menus are really good. Not tried the evenings yet, but will do soon…. Do yourself a favour, skip the Costas, Gails faceless franchises and go to Sopranos.

Third time going there and each time is perfect. The 1st time was for fish and chips with mushy peas (were the best I ever tasted). The fish and chips were delicious and the last two times were for the Sunday roast and both times were exceptional. The whole meal, roast beef, Yorshire pudding, roast potatoes, and all... were perfectly cooked, it melted in the mouth. And the puddings which we all shared were sumptuous.

The atmosphere was calm, relaxed and super friendly - and the afternoon tea was delicious! I Tried the new Oreo milk cakes for the first time, and they were incredible. Grabbing two was definitely the right call.

We held the wake for my Dad at The Harrow after the funeral at the Bluebell just down the road. Alison did an excellent job with the catering, providing plenty of food with vegetarian and gluten free options on offer. She was extremely helpful when making all the arrangements. On the day the barn provided a lovely welcoming atmosphere with plenty of seating and the young people helping behind the bar and serving the food were efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend this venue for a family occasion
