Rude staff, apparently can only read half the notes??? Hopefully the driver that came tonight gets sacked, I did find it amusing as he got flashed by the speed camera as he drove off.

I’ve given this place so many chances but they consistently mess up. A couple of weeks back, my order took over an hour and a half to appear and this time I just plainly got the wrong order. Never had a problem when Kings Hill served us, only had problems since BG took up the mantle. Will accept my ‘free’ pizza due to the mess up but won’t order again.

Always takes over an hour for pizza delivery even though we live 10 minutes away, the app just completely makes up the timings of when things are ready and out for delivery. Get texts that food’s on its way half an hour before it even leaves the shop, always stone cold on arrival. No contact from the shop to say the order has been delayed even when it’s actually going to take more than double the estimated time for delivery. Happens all the time and never gets better.

We decided we had all had enough of cooking over Christmas so we decided our News Years day lunch was going to be a Domino’s. The young lady in store was lovely, friendly & very helpful. We shared a few different large pizzas between six adults and we all agreed they were superb! We will definitely be back.
If anything like my last order they seem to have some good staff now.A while ago I stopped using Dominos because of the two terribly made and overcooked pizzas received from this shop in a row, but decided to give them another try. My last pizza was great, and hope my order placed this evening is equally as good!

Avoid! We were left really disappointed and confused... Not to mention HUNGRY... After complaining about an order that arrived cold an 1hour and 40 minutes late, AND was incorrect, they would only give me a refund if they came and collected it back!!! Only took them 20 minutes to drive back out and take the pizza back from us.... Am left wondering what they do with it? Are they reselling old pizzas??! How does this level of Customer Service (or lack there of) still happen without the branch being shutdown....

Expensive! Didn't offer any deals and the pizza was twice as expensive as all other Dominos I have been to. When I got back home to Scotland, they had charged me twice for the pizza which means 1 medium pizza cost me £25.98. Be very, very careful.
