I wish I could put zero stars! I am a vegan and ordered the vegan pizza it was not untill over way through the pizza I found a bit of chicken as a vegan I find this not just a little mistake this is totally unacceptable and I will recommend that any one reading this to avoid this place.I for one will never order from here again!

Placed order at 18:45 and the food arrived at 20:15. Rang the branch to ask how long it would be l was told there is no driver and food is sitting in the kitchen and will be reheated once the driver comes but when it arrived it was stone cold. Not the first time l placed order with this branch but l think l should stop ordering from now on. Because l have to ring them every time l place an order to ask them not to put too much tomato sauce as the food is not edible when they put. The base gets wet and cheese is swimming on top of the sauce

Tonight my order left the shop, I live 5 minutes away, but it went to Otford before coming to me!I called the shop and spoke to a lovely lady who called the delivery driver to get it taken back to the shop and a fresh one was made for me.The lady that delivered the food, was rude.

CONSISTANTLY bad.I have been to the franchise several times and on every occasion we have ended up with a 'pizza' with virtually NO cheese on it. On one occasion we ordered two portions of cheese but still received a terrible pizza with the same lack of cheese (virtually none) so we went to Papa Johns instead however, got food poisoning from them. We now avoid both outlets. If you want pizza look elsewhere IMO.

Normally very good service, however there have been times where my pizza has taken over an hour to arrive (for context I live 5 minutes away), stone-cold. I noticed through the online pizza tracker, my pizza had been left on "quality check", subsequently not getting delivered, whilst getting cold, for over 45 minutes.
