Breakfast order dbl saus egg meal receipt 08:15. Received food in the car park 08:26. If this is not the worst McDonald’s in the country, I’d be surprised!

It is absolutely impossible for this restaurant to send a delivery which includes everything you order. If they don't forget the beverages, they forget the fries or the desserts.... One day we got a burger without the patty... Either they are highly understaffed or not training staff as they should.

Orders breakfast through drive through. Got asked to wait in car park for my food (nothing new there)Waited 15 mins and still no food. Go in to find out my ticket had been lost and now breakfast is over so no longer can have what I ordered. this is beyond a joke and not acceptable. Will be in contact with you're HR department.

I highly do not recommend this McDonald’s not only does the drive through forget things it’s alway slow and asked to wait in the car park I have also ordered through just eat twice and not received my main meal which they have said they will not be able to give credit or a refund absolute joke I think the franchise owner needs to look at their management maybe a bit of fraud going on here !!!!!

It's a McDonald's, it has a drive-thru, service was speedy despite how busy it was. Only comment to make is that the drive-thru is really narrow!

Thanks today for our order. Looked forward to trying the chicken big mac and all I got was this chicken big gap on both the burgers ordered. With half the fillings missing. Chips were undercooked burgers missing fillings. You had one job McDonald's.

The food was ready quickly given we adjusted the ingredients. They brought it to the car and because they had run out of large cups they gave us 1 medium and one small of each drink meaning we received 150ml extra.Parking: It is not a huge car park and can get full at busy periods but it is right next to other spacious car parks so you can just walk across if needed.

Food was decent enough, although we had to park up despite ordering on the app and picking up at the drive through. Not impressed with service though. They charge for sauces and failed to put them in the bag. 2nd time this has happened and I even asked the server to double check!

Food cold. Always have to wait and park even though I go to the drive through. Not sure how a franchise can use McDonald's name and be so rubbish. Fryston floppy. Burgers rubbish. Lived in Sevenoaks for 7 years and the standards have never improved. Start reading these reviews and get a proper manager to run the place McDonald's.

Atrocious, waited half an hour for a drive-through order. Spoke to the gormless staff to find out where the food was to be told, "I'm just a trainee."When the food eventually appeared, it was wrong, and multiple items were missing. I can not understand how 1 store can get it wrong so many times. Almost every time I get a delivery, there is always 1 or more items missing.Considering this is 1 of the largest food chains in the world, you think they would make sure their staff are trained to read an order.So, thanks, guys. I'll be eating a sandwich tonight.
