This is one of the worst takeaway in Sevenoaks. Not everyone can speak or understand English, that is unacceptable. But as a business can't be bothered to make the effort you shouldn't be running one. Your staff are disgustingly rude, unhygienic and Incompetent. This place needs a visit from the food standard agency. And a very urgent one. Also whosoever own the business needs to take more interest in random visits to the store.

Not good. Hardly any topping on the pizza and I ordered extra toppings. It was basically like eating bread . Cheese stuffed crust tastes like their horrible garlic butter dip. Chicken wings awful, the only thing that was ok was the jalapeño & cheese bread bites. Not sure what’s happened at Sevenoaks branch as it used to be ok.

Papa Johns is my favourite pizza; however, this location is bad. My problem with them is that the app and website say they only take delivery orders by phone. The last time , the person my wife spoke to was rude, didn't take our order correctly, and shouted at my wife. I just tried to call twice around 2:30 in the afternoon today, and no one answered. So I ordered from online from Domino's next door to them, and I got my order delivered to me in 20 minutes. I guess I'll be ordering Domino's from now on. Papa John's should be ashamed of this store.

Don't bother ordering at all! I ordered online and I haven't received any update after an hour, tried calling multiple times but no one was there to answer calls.I haven't received any pizza or refund. Worst customer service.

I used to occassionally order a pizza from Papa Johns as they had the only available vegan options for takeout where I live. However more than three times now I have been given a pizza that did not have the correct ingredients and had meat on them. Why have vegan options on your menu if you cant provide the correct ingredients?unfortunately will not be buying again.

Ordered twice recently, wrong food sent both times and arrived freezing and I mean freezing cold! Had to complain to head office and took over a month to get my money back. You ring the restaurant and they don’t care just laugh or go quiet. Avoid and go to red pizza van on Mondays instead. The pizza tastes better and you get good service.

It’s been 2 hours and 3 phone calls and still no order. Each time you phone, they will tell you « yes sorry it’s on its way now » but it’s not…at least some transparency and not being lied in our face would be nice, we can understand things are busy but being told complete lies is just not professional. This is disgraceful service…don’t bother!

Our pizza was delivered one hour and forty five minutes late, stone cold and incorrect, I will never order from here again. I completed the feedback email from Papa Johns and they haven’t even bothered to respond.
