Avoid at all costs. We waited 90 minutes for an order to be delivered. Nothing. We phoned 16 times and left messages. They just ignored our calls. Eventually they called us back and claimed they couldn't find our order. There are several much, much, much, much better Indian restaurants that deliver in Sevenoaks. Avoid Qissa. Absolutely terrible. We will never use for delivery again, nor go to the restaurant again nor recommend Qissa to the many friends we have locally.

Tried to book online twice, they just kept cancelling my booking without any comment as to why.Also, their website is riddled with possible viruses, it's the only site that my virus checker absolutely hates.Anyway, super unprofessional all round.UPDATE (in repsonse to below)Firsly, my reservation was not for tonight, it was for 3 days time, if your system shows it was for tonight then there is obviously something wrong.Secondly, I did not cancel anything at my end, I received an automated cancellation from you - I did nothing between making the booking on your website and receiveing the cancellation - and it happened twice.Thirdly, I use professional anti-virus software, it's currently ranked the #1 professional anti-virus software on the market, so it's a problem with your site, not my anti-virus software.As to leaving a review within 10 minutes, I wasn't aware that you had two wait a certain time to leave a review, I'd assumed having my booking cancelled twice with no explanation from the company was enough to warrant a review - if you think otherwise I suggest you consider whose fault this is, as it's clearly not mine.But, by all means, be argumentative with people that live 5 minutes from your restaurant, that will work well for local custom.

First & last time ordering from Qissa. Had come highly recommended so we gave it go.Starter Samosa was cold and weird, more like a baclava than a Samosa. Lamb shank curry was indeed very good but other curry dishes were more like soup and the portions of chicken were far too small. When the free poppadoms and dip are the highlight, you know you’ve gone wrong. 6/10

This was always our favourite Indian takeaway but now it is a proper restaurant which has the decor loosely based on Ivy Asia methinks…The service was prompt but not too pushy. The food was proper tasty and well presented on nice plates (something the missus likes), this really is a little gem. If they served Kingfisher it would be heaven but the Cobra went down well anyway. Best book online to be sure of a table, been very busy the last couple of times we went.

Although it's an open secret that restaurants rely on freezer supplies it would be good of they heat the food properly. Aloo tikiis are not cooked in the center properly and could feel the coldness. Paneer butter masala is not upto the standard but whatever was given to us was tasty enough. The misbroom rice is a hit and garlic naans are soft and flavorful. Overall a good experience..will come back again!Vegetarian options: Good curry , bread and rice options

The delivery service is so bad we won't use them anymore, which is such a shame as the food is actually quite good. Every order we have placed has arrived so late, almost to the point where you're past eating. Last weekend we placed an order at 6:10pm and 2 hours later, way beyond the allocated delivery slot, we were still waiting. I phoned the restaurant three times to chase it up and there was no answer, no one returned my call and there was no apology on drop off. It's happened on so many occasions we won't use them again.

Appalling. Takeaway ordered at 7pm. Advised 8.20pm delivery. Arrived at 9pm. Tried chasing the restaurant but only got voice mail. I still waiting for refund.
