Phil , Izzie and Emma, were so friendly I had my 5 month old bulldog they gave him a pup cup and it was really lovely of them, anyone who wants a coffee Has a dog definitely recommend. ❤️

Let me start by saying I live 5 minutes away from a rival big chain but…. I much prefer driving into Sevenoaks every day to use this store as Zoe and the team are not only always polite and cheerful they are professional and use a personable service, the drinks are always hot and full and they always start my day off with a smile.Taking cash is a bonus as a lot of other cafes in the area don’t, this is also a big plus for me.Keep up the good work guys xxx

The coffee is fine but food is served with wooden cutlery. When I ordered my (not very tasty) five cheese toastie I asked if it came with cutlery and was assured that it did - it arrived with flimsy wooden “cutlery”. The fork soon broke so I ended up eating it with my fingers. The manager was disinterested when I commented upon this - he said they used wood rather than plastic because they can recycle wood. I suggested metal like other good coffee shops in Sevenoaks. My first visit to this establishment and my last.

Great staff, I wasn’t sure what I wanted as I don’t regularly use Starbucks, the staff were so friendly helpful taking their time to go though what they had to offer. I had the new pumpkin spice latte which was really nice and I will be back soon for another!

I love love love this one! The team and the vibe just makes my weekend they let me and my dog chill as long as we want and they always make us feel welcome. The service and standard is one of the best I've seen

A definite must for my 3 year old granddaughter who is always made to feel very welcome, and given time to make her selection, which will always include a Baby Chino.A really nice, relaxed place to chill out over a coffee. Highly recommended.

I am a massive Starbucks fan, and I have been to quite a few run-down 'shops'. This one is different. You feel welcomed, staff is happy, the order is not rushed, but they are quick on preparing drinks. There are activities for kids, such as colouring sheets (with good pencils) and books. Treats and water for dogs ?. It has been one of the best Starbucks I have visited in a while. They should be a benchmark to other shops that don't get the same love. Well done, team!
The staff are lovely very helpful and are an active part of the high street, it feels like they’ve been there forever! The Deliveroo is even done with care as they draw fun things on there, I always look forward to seeing what they’ve put on there

Just stopping through sevenoaks for a coffee and we thought we would pop in, If i could rate this place 0, i would. Manageress was extremely rude because i was indecisive about what drink i wanted, this place is filthy, the toilets were absolutely vile. tables were dirty with cups left on them and there was barely any food to chose from. Would not recommend

I believe this a pretty basic Starbucks, there isn’t much outstanding about it but it’s not terrible. I went recently just to try it out, and I must admit I did like the coffee (which I know some people don’t) but as someone goes into Sevenoaks town quite often, it’s coffee is kind of overshadowed. There is a lot of other cafés some better and some worse, which makes this an affordable coffee shop, but not necessarily a quality coffee shop. Starbucks is made for convenience and doesn’t focus on the interior of the shop too much, which does reflect in this location.I would say this is still a good option for coffee but there a better options (for more money though)
