I RECOMMEND and will return as often as I have the opportunity. Congratulations!!!

Hyper limited menu - no kids options and only 1 functioning veggie option (apparently the toasty maker wasn't working). Pricey for what it was - McDonald's do a better burger for less money. Friendly serving staff saves a 1 star review

Looking at the idea for this place (various brands all available in a single cafe-type setting) it would seem to work. However if you try and order online the menu is so small (nothing available from Ed's Easy Diner/Harry Ramsden's) and the children's menu is virtually non-existant.Whoever is running this needs to get a grip because otherwise it'll be closed before it has even had a chance to get going. It is very disappointing.Kid-friendliness: The children's menu is so small that it is almost pointless.

Where do I begin, ordered my food from Uber eats, all well and good, assigned a driver immediately and the driver sat in the same spot for about an hour, granted not their fault. After an additional 10 minutes I was called by the manager to tell me the items I bought weren’t on the menu and wasn’t sure how I ordered them. It would’ve been nice to know before the driver was allocated, or about 10 minutes after I ordered, not an hour and 20 minutes. The manager gave the impression he couldn’t care less even if he wanted to. Order was cancelled and I was refunded, the only pleasant part of the experience. Please do better

We ordered through deliveroo from the Sevenoaks branch in the restaurant hub in Slim Chickens, Sainsbury’s review. One of the sauces we ordered wasn’t in the bag. No real biggie. Our biggest issue was the amount of salt! I ordered the burger which was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Then there was loads of salt in the fries too. Most of my meal was actually thrown in the bin. Will not be eating here again.

The kids menu from the kiosk is insanely bad. The only drink option for a kids chicken tender meal was an 800 kcal milkshake. When the food came, the chicken was extremely greasy and over salted. The chips were also extremely salty. It's really terrible to have a kids meal that is so so high in sodium and calories. Two meals ran in excess of £20. I should have checked out the cold options as I imagine there might be better stuff there but with a Sainsbury's downstairs why would I pay a premium to have cold sandwiches in the hub?My advice is go to McDonalds instead, cheaper, more kid friendly options and tastes betterKid-friendliness: Extremely high calories and salt content. Very bad for kids.

Opening times said 9pm online, travelled there specifically to try it only to see a sign saying it all closed at 7pm. Disappointed, ended up in mcdonalds instead.

Ordered slim chickens which was cold when it arrived but we did go in person as the cold food was probably the result of the delivery driver.Went the second time as the food was hot and tasty. The plant based slim chickens burger was meh but the chips and sauce were delicious. The gbk burgers are also nice although you only get 2 kinds of burger - beef or veggie.Would definitely go again.Vegetarian options: Plant based burger

Decided to stop for a coffee quickly before shopping, would have been quicker and nicer to go to McDonald's, the 2 girls behind the counter had no idea what they were doing and had rather lengthy chat before acknowledging customers, the french manager guy wasnt much better as it took him 3 attempts to put my order on the til correctly, the Americano might have had a coffee bean put near it at some point but more likely they were using the grounds more than once (whether through poor training or pure laziness or even both! ) , my latte was more like a cappuccino and also the wrong size. The second star is only because the chocolate torte was quite nice. Looked to order on the screens from slim chickens but you can only order meals and not the wraps or burgers individually.Counter was frequently left unattended as the girls went to chat to customers they clearly knew. Won't bother again, bad set up and even worse staff.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a lift to go upstairs

Came in for the first time, not knowing how the system worked. (no menus or instructions) . Saw the consoles first so went to order our food, (like mcdonald's) to find that 90% of dishes were unavailable. We were going to leave but I thought I'll ask an assistant if they had any meals, and she said 'I think you have to order there' pointing to a queue. So we joined the queue, we wanted flying start breakfast but didn't know that finished at 12, so ordered 2 x sausages and chip cos it was easier. Ordered tea for two also. They forgot the tea, which I had get up and remind them of. Then only got one sausages and chips. I ate mine and husband had to wait for his to be cooked. All in all a very confusing and unsatisfactory experience, and although food was ok, we won't be coming again.
