So nice to find a proper pub full of people enjoying each others company with excellent food well cooked and presented, a rare find. Also very gluten free friendly.

We visited Woodchurch as a group of friends to celebrate my husband's birthday and knew we wanted to start with lunch in the local pub. The Six Bells was recommended by the owner of the holiday cottage. The landlady and waitress were very friendly and welcoming. There was a good choice of food and drinks on the menu and everyone enjoyed their meals. We revisited the pub for their quiz night and the waitress remembered that our friend couldn't have gluten and suggested some options for him. The pub quiz was great fun and well supported. We actually managed to win first prize!

A beautiful old pub with a lovely warm welcome. To see a pub open at 12 on a Tuesday and have a regular crowd attend is a joy to see.Even though we weren't locals, the staff were extremely welcoming, and the food served was delicious. The pub itself had loads of original features and a gorgeous open fireplace that was warming on a winters afternoon. Will definitely pop in again if passing.

We live in the village and my Wife & I just love this place. We can't praise Katy and all of the staff enough. Went to the Thursday Steak Night last night, it really was the Best. Steaks cooked exactly as requested. Lovely Bottle of wine included in price of the meal, very reasonable price for such Great quality food. Had food here 3 times in the last couple of weeks, never disappointed. Your Chefs are superb, thank them for us. Keep hold of them as long as you can. All the staff are pleasant and welcoming, thanks to them as well, also a wonderful homely atmosphere. We are so lucky to have a place like this in our village. Keep the great work up Katy and all of the staff. Many thanks from Lyn & Geoff Nutting

Had our first Sunday lunch here yesterday, a group of nine. Everybody enjoyed the starters and main course. Pub was busy and the service and beer was very good. Will definitely come again.

Service with a smile, we both had liver & bacon with mash and broccoli which was very nice. Driving so only had a coke.

Lovely friendly village pub. We had a great Sunday roast which was very reasonably priced. We sat in the conservatory and were served by two charming and very polite young ladies. We will definitely visit here again.

One of our two local pubs in Woodchurch. Food, Beer and Wine, they have a Great Selection. The staff are very welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere is really great, a real old fashioned English Pub which has a lot going on throughout the year. Beer Festivals, Live Bands, Morris Dancers, Quizes, Hog Roasts and of course their superb Sunday Roast. Very reasonable prices as well. Congratulations to Katy and all the staff who make this a Great Place to visit.Kid-friendliness: Kids and Dogs are all welcome here. Kids menu alsoParking: Small Car Park, Plenty of Street parking in the villageWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of outdoor seating at Front of pub.
