Waited 25 minutes for a breakfast bap,they practically put it on the bench and walked off,which left me asking all the other workers what number it was and no1 knew.Bad service

Stopped at this place on the way home, wasnt busy yet took so long..Beside, when I approached to the drive-thru window, they looked at me like, whats this brown man doing here..And then they passed me the food order, and when I checked there were no tissue paper in the bag, but before I ask for any already closed the window and went away..!

Mcdonald is a big brand but in sittingbourne some staff is very rude I went their today with my 2 kids the lady on last window pass me 2 drinks and one cup caramel and was full with cream outside I asked her gently and with plz that clean the cup from outside plz as I can't put in cup holder this will make my car dirty she does that but with attitude then it's wast any tissue in bag that I asked for which she pass me like with out looking out side I don't know but this staff has to stop using drinks and work ? seriously thats a joke but I will keep visiting you as yours all staff is not like you

Food as good as any McDonald's really, drive thru is fast and staff are always polite. The only thing holding it back is the almost permentant lack of mcflurries. Maybe get a new machine? Otherwise great.
Nice food....ideally table service would have been operating after a busy morning swimming but u can't have everything!

I don’t know why I bother with McDonalds anymore, it’s gone downhill so much. Services was super so (thanks to all the deliveries), when I got the food, it was wrong and it was cold. My fault for getting it.
