Big M&S foodhall - this was real addition to the town and much needed.Excellent place to buy all the usual M&S goodies - fancy meat, pies, snack foods and bakery.Tiny cafe in the corner. Never been in there though - would be an odd choice really.It’s a shame they don’t do the full English breakfasts kit any more. That was good.Six self service tills are a good thing. Feel free to hiss at those taking a trolley into that area though.
Staff is really friendly, give 4* only because of them.From another hand, prices are very high, overwhelming I'd say.It wasn't like that a year ago,for £100 I could buy a lot,nowadays the choice of food is very low,sorry.

Lisa (manager) was exceptional??she is unconditionally committed to giving the highest level of service. I placed my first M & S online order for store pickup. The online service was nothing to right home about but Lisa took time to check for my order on the system and then followed up with a call. You deserve a 1000 ? and an excellent staff award. Thank you for turning around my bad experience
