I was desperate to use the loo, so as ASDA now has no toilets (not even sure if this is allowed?) I decided to use the one in Costa.A standard white coffee came in at £3.50!!! And this in a paper cup!!! Nothing to wash up or break...but £3.50 straight in the till.As a point of interest...I worked on the team that built this square... I'm guessing in 1974? Hard to believe that it's nearly 50 years ago!First time in Swanley in years... hopefully the last time in Costa. But the staff were friendly.

Wasn’t a very pleasant visit when the ladies behind the counter are clearly in a miserable mood, letting it rub off on the customers… telling each other how they’d ‘had enough’ making it apparent for everyone to hear, which I appreciate we all have our days but to make the customers feel uncomfortable isn’t the way to go about it. (Blonde lady with glasses and tall lady with brown hair) can’t say I’d want to return if that’s the way they treat the customers.

A busy Costa, with friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink seem ok but still a bit overpriced and the odd fly about now and then. Food seems fresh though.

Great indoor experience however this is let down when ordering online. The cancelling of orders is somewhat inconvenient. Have ordered through uber eats & had many orders cancelled. Do not order online.Kid-friendliness: Caters for kids by means of hot milk, served in a Costa cup, the kids love it.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance has double doors & is situated on the ground floor. There is only the ground floor & the building features a disabled toilet.

Not the finest Costa coffee about. My latte was not at the temperature I'd expected. The interior was a little untidy.

Staff are now sarcastic don't clean tables and they need to speak clearly as very noisy in there order's are done wrong far too often as the staff don't listen to what u sayWheelchair accessibility: Not very disable friendly as far too small especially when people come in with buggies and are in the way
