I was desperate to use the loo, so as ASDA now has no toilets (not even sure if this is allowed?) I decided to use the one in Costa.A standard white coffee came in at £3.50!!! And this in a paper cup!!! Nothing to wash up or break...but £3.50 straight in the till.As a point of interest...I worked on the team that built this square... I'm guessing in 1974? Hard to believe that it's nearly 50 years ago!First time in Swanley in years... hopefully the last time in Costa. But...read full review

Great indoor experience however this is let down when ordering online. The cancelling of orders is somewhat inconvenient. Have ordered through uber eats & had many orders cancelled. Do not order online.Kid-friendliness: Caters for kids by means of hot milk, served in a Costa cup, the kids love it.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance has double doors & is situated on the ground floor. There is only the ground floor & the building features a disabled toilet.

Amazing helpful and accommodating staff. I am breastfeeding and my baby has a dairy allergy. Julie and Shaun made sure to clean/wipe down everything and communicated with each other so clearly as to not cross contaminate. Very accommodating and very pleasant.Thankyou
