Fabulous food. Not far from where we live. Great takeaways too. Excellent service. Varied menu. We love going there,

We were very taken aback by the unfriendliness of the staff and how cold it was in the restaurant. Even one of the waiters was wearing a scarf. Moreover I had to hawk 4 times to get my poppodum and the food, average took about 1 hour and a half to get to us

Badsha is a fantastic restaurant known for its authentic Indian cuisine. The ambiance is inviting, the food is exceptional with a wide variety of options for all dietary preferences, and the service is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the experience and flavours available. Overall, Badsha Indian Cuisine is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious Indian food in Tenterden.

Had food here tonight and was absolutely delicious. Some of the best Indian food I’ve ever tried. Im only in Kent for a night so im delighted to have stumbled across this place. The staff were so welcoming which added to the entire experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for anybody looking to sample some authentic cuisine. Already planning my next visit. Thank you guys :)

Visited this restaurant tonight. I hadn’t read about the health inspection until afterwards but it seemed very clean. What I can say is that it was one of the best curries that I have ever had. The staff were very friendly and I would certainly recommend the place.

Disgusting read the article in the Kentish Express I will never eat here again the owner quoted as saying we are onto a 5 star rating again unexceptable you knew how unhygienic the kitchen was No excuse for what the FSA uncovered.

Read an article by Ashford Council after the FSA did routine check on hygiene and this restaurant failed dramatically. Its really sad to see that people fail to keep hygiene levels at restaurants high and risk of cross contamination and filthy floors for a good reputation. Short cuts. Feel like throwing up

Oh no, this restaurant has hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons in the local press for receiving a zero food hygiene rating after an unannounced inspection. Got to say we had no complaints regarding the meal but this zero rating will stop us returning anytime soon.

The Badsha has been a restaurant in which we have eaten many times over several years, but after most recent occasion, definitely will not be going back. The food, in fairness, remains good, but the attitude of the staff.....Oh dear! Rude, hectoring, unsmiling and unfriendly. For example, shortly after sitting at our table (two couples, - we were exchanging a small birthday gift, and it should have been a nice moment while our friend was opening her gift). The waiter chose this moment to insist - and not pleasantly at that, - we tell him how many poppadoms we wanted; he hovered, unsmiling, impatient - all of these and more. I don't like giving negative reviews and don't do lightly, - I recognise running a business for the public is hard work. However, if I go in good faith, as a well behaved paying customer to enjoy a quiet meal with friends I expect to eat good food in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, and to be made to feel welcome . I have to say now however, it feels that the staff resent and dislike their customers. We actually felt they hold customers in contempt. The Badsha now feels quite unwelcoming. I would have given one star, but as the food was good, have given two
By partner and l have had 2 meals delivered to our home from this restaurant and they were both delicious, couldn't ask for more

If it’s hair in your food your after or salted slop you found the place just for you complimented with rude obnoxious staff all that’s needed is the T on the end of name to sum this hovel up .

It's not the best meal I've had here. I ordered a takeaway, and I was told it would be 45 minutes 45 minutes later. I got there only to wait another half hour, no apology
