Food is nice and came out hot but they need to work on their service ! For the second time i visited, people seated after us were served first as they were known to the staff !! Service was slow and irratic.

Visited for dinner last night.. the food was lovely after a little wait. Deceiving restaurant, not alot of seating and it's all out the back, but lovely restaurant and good service. Lovely cocktails. Quite pricey, but worth it. Seating available in the garden.

Booked up their Free glass of Prosecco offer only to be told on arrival there's no such thing. This is despite me having evidence of my booking and the actual Prezzo advert from their Instagram page giving details about the offer. Absolutely disgusting that we spent £334 and they couldn't even be bothered to check their own offers. We were regular customers too! Well we won't be going back there ever.

We have been to the Prezzo local to us in Cockfosters in North London so we know what to expect. This place didn't disappoint. We had the most delicious meal here. I had a delicious pasta and my partner had a pizza which is one of this faves in the world and he said his was was to scratch. The staff were also very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our date night on our last night in Tenterden. Highly recommend!

We popped in last minute for two take out pizzas whilst at a Christmas market. Although they were busy they were very accommodating. Our food was quick to come out and tasted fantastic. We're planning to go back for a sit down meal soon.

It felt rude not to give it 5*, simply because we have used it regularly for years. The staff have always been helpful, friendly and professional. Great for families. Lovely interesting old building. Best of all, the lovely collection of Hockney paintings. Considering this part of a chain, this really is a nice place.Kid-friendliness: Definitely child, family friendly. That doesn't mean it's a mad house ? ...quiet couple friendly too, ?

Excellent. Nice relaxed vibe and interesting menu. I had the beef in a Chianti wine sauce with porchini mash, which was fabulous. Service was spot on. Wine list a bit limited but still OK and well priced. Budget for around £45 pp with wine.

We spent a day in Tenterden and popped in to Prezzo for lunch, taking advantage of the set price for the lunchtime menu. A hearty Penne a la Rusticana certainly staved off the lunchtime hunger pangs and the service was excellent. This restaurant is quirky, situated over three separate rooms and was warm and cosy on a cold December day

Service felt very rushed. Pricing was ridiculous, £9 for a glass of wine. Portion sizes seem to have decreased while prices have gone up. Food doesn't taste as good as it used to. Wouldn't come back which is disappointing as I used to visit quite regularly.

Just had a lovely meal with friends, the service and food was great but avoided the desserts as at £7.50 for a slice of lemon meringue etc we decided a bit pricey!!

Food was good and service was quick. My chicken salad was a little on the small side. I think I was just unlucky as the couple next to us had a bigger salad. Anyway it was very tasty. Regarding service, the male waiter was friendly yet his female colleague whilst not rude was not particularly welcoming. Very stern no smiles or pleasantries. I think looking at other reviews then I wasn't the only one to find this. A smile goes a long way in my book.

Ate here on a Monday evening at 5 with wife and three kids. The kitchen was really slow and I ended up taking all the kids for a walk in the graveyard over the road between the starters and mains. Wait staff were lovely and very apologetic but there were only two or three other tables in so I couldn't understand the delays in the kitchen. Food was delicious when it arrived but we ended up taking most of it home to eat as the kids had had enough by the end.

Went in for late lunch more or less empty in there. Shown out to the garden and given menus that's where the service ended ! Not even offered a drink ! We moved tables as table needed cleaning then sat waiting and waiting think we were forgotten! Walked out saw the chef talking away to someone in the corner very poor customer service .

We stopped at Prezzo, Tenterden for lunch, while on holiday. We were shown to our table, in a empty restaurant by a disinterested young waiter. We were given a menu and then he disappeared. We made our choice from the menu, then waited and waited, he never came back... After waiting and not being asked if we wanted a drink, we decided to leave. On the way out, we saw the same waiter and two other members of staff, standing around talking....We use Prezzo a lot and have never had such bad service. I would have given -5 stars if I could. Very disappointing
