Went for lunch at 12pm. Order our as soon as they came over. By 12.50 it was no.where in sight. My friend had to be back at work by 1pm. Our food was apparently nearly ready!!! We took it to go, which was not the idea, and they still had the cheek to charge 12.5% service!!. We won't be going back.

We always forget about this place when looking for somewhere to sit and get a hot drink because it's just off the high street. But this time we went in and were not disappointed. Very chill atmosphere, friendly staff. Nice views over the river Medway and of the doggies that come in. The hot chocolate was the best I've had for a long time and I haven't stopped thinking about it since!! Must've been real chocolate or something and for £3.50 such a good price! Definitely will be backDietary restrictions: Oat milk or soy milk available

The food is good but the portions are small considering the price. As others have noted they are pretentious. If you order a filter coffee they tell you how you should drink it. I ordered a full English and asked if they could cook the eggs all the way through but they showed up runny anyway. I asked them to please cook them all the way though and I was grumbled at.
