Normally love this place but, came 3pm on a Saturday not busy at all, 2 girls at the counter are laughing and drinking iced coffee , at least 10 tables with dirty tray leftover drinks and unclean tables I am disgusted. Put my hat down and look and the top of it has cream on it. No where to sit there's crumbs and food everything is disgusting, will not be coming here again and I normally come everyday will be going to Starbucks where they actually clean. Do better Neros.

Tonbridge has plenty of coffee shops, but this is our favourite, with friendly staff, subdued lighting for a peaceful atmosphere, and reliably excellent coffee and snacks. It has longer hours than the others, and is dog friendly.

Served by a trainee Barista. Which is fair enough, everyone has to learn. Service took a very long time as during making the drinks the Barista decided to come round my side of the counter and hug her friend and dog. Perhaps best to do this after they had finished serving me
