The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic range of meals to choose from. I'm very impressed with the vegetarian choices. The food looks and tastes homemade and the weekly 20% discount on a best seller is an added bonus.

This is not a gripe about the tonbridge shop it's about the whole company which it seems to have lost the Spirit of Christmas. It seems that I can't order me and my 86 year old Dad a Christmas dinner for two to be picked up because we're not spending enough money which totally goes against the community spirit that this company is supposed to have. I'm being told that I have to spend 45 pounds or more to be able to order this dinner to be picked up three days before Christmas which I think is absolutely outrageous considering that there is a cost of living crisis well sorry cook you've lost my patronage now I'm actually quite disgusted ,but I guess the ugly heads of capitalism is certainly rearing its head this Christmas. You can dress up your caring image as much as you like but when it comes down to it your greedy just like the rest of the big companies how disappointing
