Easily one of the best Costa branches I've been to. The staff knew what they were doing and there was an easy-going and friendly atmosphere inside.

Can't comment on the food as I'm all about the coffee, but of all the Costa's I've been to (and there's loads I've been to) this shop definitely is the best. The manager Sophie (I think her name is) her coffees are on point! Doesn't matter how busy she is, my flat white with extra shot is guaranteed 100% quality. She puts love in to it! Take note other Costa's!

It's absolutely disgusting. Needs a full deep clean. Every table needed a wipe, and the chairs looked like they've not been cleaned since it first opened.

Arrived after 2.30 - just wanted a snack on-the-go for late lunch. Was told heater already turned off and pastry slice might not be very hot. Didn't have time to go elsewhere so bought one anyway. Was cold... don't understand why they do this so early in the day.

Sloooooow service here. If you don’t mind standing in a queue for 20 minutes to get a coffee, it’s a nice joint. However, if you’re on a lunch break it’s a bit of a joke.DO NOT come here during end of school time. It’s a nightmare.

I came in on my lunch break to be greeted by the stunning red head behind the bar, the hot chocolate with extra sprinkles was delicious and her smile was even better.I'll be going back for more than a drink next time ;)I was also talking to the other staff members, the guy with the glasses and curly blonde hair who was a legend and the young girl who used to be the manager, she was hilarious.Overall I would say my visit was exceptional and those two deserve a pay rise as they are the life and soul of the shop.P.s. There also used to be a shorter guy with a beard who was the best employee Costa ever had, shame he left. :(

Popped in for coffee and was served reasonably, received our coffee and went.
Dirty tables. Staff holding meetings in the shop talking about staff performance and shop finances....really not a good experience at all.
