Meh. Food is OK most of the time. Few times have had the coffee and instantly felt nautious, never have issues with other coffee places only this one. Overall a Meh, staff aren't very enthusiastic or overly friendly. Coffees okay. Starbucks is better

Didn’t fill either either me or my friend’s drink anywhere near the top, I ordered a medium but it was more like a small. Was also barely any cream compared to other costa chains, you don’t get ur moneys worth here!

For reasons unspecified half the seating area is "currently out of use" at 2pm. Asked if I could enter the forbidden zone which had numerous small tables. Instead told I had to sit at the only free table which had 6 seats, which seemed very silly given I was on my own. They always do this and I don't get why they would rope off half the seating in the middle of the day. Everything else is standard Costa really.
I'm not a great lover of coffee, but came along with a friend who is.She has the app which I believe earns you points so you can claim free drinks etc.The Tonbridge shop is fairly small but seems cozy the lighting seems dim but that could just be the ambience.y friend had Mac n cheese in like a takeaway box and I had a child's pizza they seemed ok.Obviously the price is high but again this could be deemed reasonable to regulars.The service was fairly slow, this seems to be the norm in these places again it may be ok for others.Not a bad place if you like coffee and cake I would come back but there's other places I would choose first.

Veryyyyyyyy clean, very organised. Girl serviing was like a prison guard. Coffee was nice ? table was clean. That's all I went there for.

Worst Costa I’ve been to. Two people serving and only one person being served in front of me but had to wait 5 minutes while a member of staff swept the floor behind the counter with no apology for the wait. Bap was over cooked and they carrot cake was dry, coffee wasn’t usual standard and after sitting down had to go back for the milk for the tea as it wasn’t on the tray after asking for it. Staff looked fed up in general, terrible customer service. Such a shame as the seating etc was nice.
