Ordered a takeaway for new year's eve. Slight mix up with the order, phoned up and within 10 minutes had the food delivered to the door. Great service, lovely food. Hope you have a great 2024

This is usually our go to Chinese takeaway in Tonbridge we always order from here but after today we won’t be. It took them 2 hours to send out our food for the woman to tell us she’s prioritised our order when it came, it was stone cold. The chicken balls were soggy so was the chips. Everything was horrid, They offered to send out another order but I politely declined as we had already been waiting 2 hours, we wasn’t prepared to wait another 2, when our young children still hadn’t eaten. She said she’d give us a refund and call us back, however we didn’t expect a full refund, it was a £50 order so hardly cheap. She called back to say her BOSS has refused refunding us and can’t give it to us because we waited under 2 hours, to be precise it took 1 hour 55 mins from when we ordered, after being told it would only take an hour, I asked is there no way we can get something off of it and they told me NO. I’ve been ordering from here for a few years. Not no more. My children have been able to eat the rice and noodles as I’ve heated them in the microwave but everything else has gone into the bin. ITS UNFAIR AND DISGUSTING.

Rang at 630pm on a Sunday (early) told it would be there within an hour. Now 815pm still nothing, told they don’t know how to refund card payments and to wait for someone to drop cash off…. Still waiting. Awful customer service on phone, rude attitude and still no apology.

Hands down my favourite chinese restaurant/takeaway. Food is always tasty, at a good price and the portions are huge! Definitely recommended.

(I don't eat any other take away food & fast food at all and picky with the quality of my food and don't compromise) Despite it looks like a small take away place, the quality of the food is really good, portions are generous indeed.Their Ramen Soup are absolutely wonderful, no other take away places all around this area offer full main meal size of Ramen Soup except tiny little bowl size. Although I have "my usual" to order on regular basis, I heard from my friends that they speak highly of the food here.If its cooked with Love & smile as well, that's even more bonus.Thank you Daily Rice
