Absolutely dreadful service. Pizza an hour late, driver can’t follow a simple sat nav/postcode. Missed parts of the order, no garlic bread, wedges or dips. Pizza cold, inedible and no better than a frozen Iceland pizza. All thrown in the bin. As confirmed per Barbie at the branch, I expect a full refund in the next day or two. I won’t be using them again.

Had pizza on Sunday, 3 hours later violently ill with v and d called the store to be told cant if been there pizza. Well it’s the only thing I had ate recently.

Ordered food at 8 never turned up till half 9 finally then undo the box and it's cold like it's been cooked then sat on the side for a hour before beaing delivered tried to ring them but now won't awnser

Still waiting nearly 2 hours later from point of order. Won't answer the phone and usually they forget something so I am preparing for that if it ever turns up.

After ordering and waiting over an hour, we called and the call was taken by Samantha..She was extremely dismissive and when we expressed our disappointment she hung up on us.We called her back and she simply hung up on us again!Absolutely useless, arrogant behaviour from staff. She and Domino's shouldn't be ashamed of themselves. Totally and utterly incapable staff is what you can expect from Domino's Paddock Wood.Rubbish

Shocking, never pick up the phone... Ordered a few times via app and multiple times things have been wrong and staff are not friendly in the slightest.Worst Domino's I've ever used

Ordered dominos last might Mighty Meaty with a BBQ base. I've been up since 3am throwing up and glued to the toilet. I've never in my life felt this ill after eating something avoid this place like the plague, clearly not storing food or cleaning correctly.
