I went in to the shop and ordered 40 sausage rolls, they didn't write it down and on the day I went to collect (as arranged) my sausage rolls weren't cooked, so I had to accept 40 frozen on a tray, to transport to their destination and cook them within 40 mins!
they charged me FULL PRICE and I could have got them cheaper in Iceland.
complained via email on their website, heard nothing (2 weeks ago now), phoned customer services to complain, they listened, and promised to phone me back. Nothing!!!! so NO, I won't be back.

Asked very politely if I could use the toilet at the service station just outside York I got told no, I was pregnant at the time and they didn’t seem to care, was just to no I’ve locked them, absolutely shocking.

Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had paid £4 for BLT roll , had one little tiny streak of bacon in and two pieces of chicken but they sure made up for it with mayonnaise. Disgusting ? was unable to eat it so had to go back and get a sausage roll instead which wasn’t so great either 1/10

They should have the option to heat up the food .
