Quality of food is really low, very skinny chicken pieces and most of them always drum sticks and too much batter and salt. Feels cheatedTunbridgeWells one is better compared to Tonbridge one.

Hi Whether ordering online or collecting 75 % discount of the time an item is missing. Tonight I got home to discover the large popcorn was missing. You phone the Tonbridge KFC and phone does not get answered. Also all the regular fries had a dismal amount of chips in the small packet. Customers do notice when they are being ripped off. This branch of KFC is definitely damaging your brand but I doubt these reviews are scanned by the there social or CRM team.

Ordered at 9:15 this evening come 10 it was still saying on the app that my order had been slightly delayed and that they hadnt even started preparing it. So I rang them up and they said they had no delivery drivers available so I just cancelled my order. Such bad service considering how much they charge. Normally if they have no delivery drivers they come of the app.

We didn’t go in and eat but family takeaway every other Sundays. Tasty chicken, corn on the cob, tower burgers but chips looking bit wedgie. The service is decent and on time. Various sources to add or try a bit of chilli source at home goes down well. Extra spiced chicken wings goes with a bang. Keep it up guys doing great!

I turn up to order some food on the 15th August at 10:47 only to find your shop closed, looking through the window to catch the attention of the staff that were inside , asking are you open to a shook head saying no,Your shop says it opens up at 10:30Very disappointed as I had friends with me ready to eat.I wont be returning there again to eat

The food was OK, the chairs to tables were too tight. It was overcrowded when I was there. Next time I'm there, i will choose the takeout option.. Service delivery was on point.

Ordered bucket of chicken. 6 pieces. Smallest pieces ever when got home to my flat. Dont know if it was some joke I did not get but not funny. Had more chicken on a baby chick lol. Rationing ended in the 1950s so don't know why this KFC still practices rationing. Also asked staff member if a dictaphone had been handed in and they said about Pepsi max????? Also why online does this KFC say its open but not open when you go to it. Wasting people's time by not updating information.

I should have read the reviews before i tried this place! This place was the 2nd worst KFC place i have tried the 1st one was in USA and this one. The chicken was not prepared to KFC standard and all pieces were stale ,tasteless! and lukewarm!. the service could be better.Please improve your food standards to meet real KFC one.
