I will not bacth on the staff, just kind of sleepy, I might be use to London fast services. The filter coffee was not ready and they offered a americano, but americano is different in taste, when you know you know, I asked with hot milk and the barista added cold milk on which made it black cold coffee?. Have to bin the coffee, did not want wait another 7mins for a coffee. It happen sometime. Barista can be tired ?. Went to the coffee shop next to the station the coffee was hot and didn't have to wait 10mins. Sad but was happy with my hot cuppa of ☕️

Slow service, toilets stunk to high heaven, staff to busy gossiping about there night out. Coffee was good but not even rolf could screw it up.Parking: It's on the high Street, so please ty of paid parking within a few hundred yards

Not the cleanest of Starbucks that I have been to , staff and coffee are great but could do with more hands on to clean up the tables and make the place look like Starbucks.Vegetarian options: Definitely need more vegetarian options.

Multiple times I order from just eat and almost every time they get it wrong. I normally order one hot coffee and one iced clearly says on label what they are but they always send iced ones? Matter of training or just cannot be asked to do a simple job properly. Stopped ordering from them for months because of it hoping they would sort it out but no still incompetent.

Great high street location. The decor is very cheap and cheerful but it’s spacious. Prices average . Good service and speedy. Prices ok. Coffee ok.

£3:30 for a flat white- asked for my name then didn’t call out - had to remake as had gone cold- remade coffee made with all the care of someone grumpy with work- toilets in a terrible state

we only had coffeethe staff was very polite and Honest!(as we had forgotten our credit card and they kept it safely!)I don't give 5 stars onlyvfor the Cleanliness..(toilet, tables, trays..)suggested for the nice coffee!

Knowledgeable about the menu, I wanted to try the new salted pretzel drink and the staff suggested a twist to it as I wanted coffee rather than hot chocolate.

Lovely cold drinks. Coffee is weak and not nice at all unfortunately. The food is hit and miss, paninis are good but the sweets, such as loaf cake is as dry as anything. Comfortable and relaxed inside, but the seat exterior fabric is starting to fall apart.
