“We stayed for 2 nights initially attracted because it is built around a cave! However, this up market pub is so good on so many levels; boutique rooms, really good generous portions of food, great bees and staff that genuinely care about their customers and with a smile on their faces.”

“Lovely clean pub with friendly staff. Currently has no chef but there is a great pizza van on a Friday night in the car park. Dog friendly and lots of social events, sports, quiz nights and live music”

“Although I've given 5 stars because of the friendly staff and nice restaurants. I must say that my dinner, I had the chicken curry that was lacking any body in the sauce and seems to be mainly vegetables. My other diners had a lovely dinner.”

“The Warren is where we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. It is more expensive than other restaurants, however you can taste every penny and the service is excellent. The extra touches like an amuse bouche make it feel special.”

“Super reasonable set lunch, we did the pairing wine, added a couple of sides and an extra cheese course. Staff were very accommodating as usual and we sat on the terrace to enjoy the lovely sunshine. Would highly recommend their set lunch, truly delicious, huge amount of attention to detail and presented perfectly.”
