Speed of service was fine and the food was great, but when taking a seat with my family, I noticed cobwebs all over the hanging cups, some sort of spilled liquid around 3 of the tables close to ours, and food crumbs under most of the tables. My young daughter needed to pop to the loo, where she discovered USED sanitary towels next to the toilet, and tissue paper stained with what I can only assume was human excrement, scattered around the cubicle. This level of cleanliness is absolutely appalling, and the two teenage staff members should be ashamed to call themselves employees of such a disgusting location.

Popped in today for hot chocolates and a toastie to take away. The hot chocolate we had was the best one we had had from you guys for a while. 10 out of 10 thank you. Was served very quickly also considering it was quite busy!
