Just had birthday treat for a 7 year old and her friends here. They couldn’t have done more for us - so friendly, efficient and helpful. Even opened early to accommodate us! The girls loved the waffles and amazing sundaes. Perfect. Thank you.

Arrived at approximately 12.30 on Mother's day with my wife and two children. Around 6 other diners present. Overheard someone tell the waiter not to worry about the milkshake that had not arrived. Clearly the waiter has forgotten to put the order for it through. We then ordered three items and had the same problem, with two dishes arriving for my son and I but not my wife. We thought it was just coming but no, he'd forgotten that too but didn't tell us at the time. My wife planned to share some of hers with our 18 month old but having watched my son and I with ours she was now upset and lost interest. Had to take her outside whilst my wife ate hers as fast as possible on her own. Only after pressing the issue he said he'd removed the service charge, which is an entirely optional charge anyway and something we wouldn't have paid regardless. Not good enough when there's hardly anyone else in the restaurant.

David has givrn us best service and Great dessert experience with Black Forest Hot Pocket and Milk chocolate cookie dough. I am not a dessert person but still couldn't resist finishing off the last bit on my plate .We will definitely come again.

Portions were huge! I couldn’t finish my whole crêpe and i can eat a lot. They were not stingy with the sauce or toppings got plenty and the free ice cream on the side was lots. Friend got the cookie dough and it was delicious. Milkshakes were very thicky and yummy and a very large portion. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely felt like a really friendly place

Despite the restaurant being very quiet when I visited, we could not sit where we wanted because none of the tables had been cleared. The seats in the booths are torn and dirty. The toilets were filthy, with poo up the wall, which put me off my food and made me wonder how clean the kitchen is.

Horrendous place. If you have any teenage children, starting to get their freedom and venturing out with their friends with respectable parents who have been brought up to clear their own mess, whom may accidentally break a milkshake glass..and get stereotypically blamed for doing it on purpose and charged a fiver for said accident when already spending a good amount on a bill then avoid at all costs.

We waited for a long time for our orders. The chocolate ice cream tasted really strange. We wanted to take home a Belgium chocolate cheesecake, but when we got home, we realized they had given us Chocolate fudge cake instead. It has better taste if you buy a cake from Tesco.
