The toilets and that area needs a bloody good deep clean and the smell of piss is very unpleasant, just before eating food, needs to be checked hourly just basic house keeping really.??There was a gentleman cleaning the restaurant area who was polite and doing a good job.Food could have been nicer.

They always leave items out of delivery orders, such as less pieces than ordered, and the tenders will be tiny off-cuts. Gravy was like water.

Hot wings all crunch virtually no meat ,no flavour. Waste of time
It's a KFC on a trading estate, so it's not the nicest of areas but it's a clean and modern restaurant. The staff here are friendly and the food is normally served very fresh and fast.

The crushems I paid extra for and the cups are not only smaller than they used to be it was only 3/4 full.when I asked for it to be topped up the woman was very rude and just said that is the size so I can't. The cups used to have domed lids and used to be full.very disappoint and won't be going back there to be spoken to like that. Both ladies didn't seem interested in the job standing around chatting,no interest in the customer.

Excellent service from one young member of staff, when I asked for deals on chicken only… this person helped out by signing me into an app - allowing me a great deal on my food. I don’t have a name on this staff member, as no name badge- but cap with lots of badges on & nose piercing is best description I can make. Didn’t have to wait long for food either

Closed at 10.45pm when the sign says 11pm...The staff rudely waved me goodbye and walked off when I asked about it closing early.Poor service frankly
